This meeting is available in person at our Rhinebeck, New York office, via Zoom, or by telephone, and our experienced mediator at NY Mediates will guide you through the process.
Overview
Our mediation services for custody and divorce matters can be provided in-person at our Rhinebeck, New York office, online via Zoom, and at other locations throughout New York by special arrangement. Mediation sessions with our experienced mediator at our office and on Zoom are generally scheduled as 3-hour blocks for the initial session and either 90-minute or 3-hour blocks for subsequent sessions. Evening and weekend sessions can also be arranged, subject to availability, ensuring that NY Mediates is flexible to meet your needs.
